Also, you should not wear any excessive jewelry & avoid heavy makeup. You can also invest in a yoga mat a little later. However, most of the studios provide the yoga mats to the students. Those can be rented from the studio at an extra charge. But, to maintain your hygiene, you can bring a yoga mat for yourself.   • Relax at the end of the class. It is preferable to lie down for a few minutes in order to allow your body to come back to equilibrium
Don’ts…
  • Having a big meal right before the yoga class is a strict no-no. Eat light before your class. However, if you have a fast metabolism & would be hungry during class, you can have some nuts or juice prior to starting your yoga class.
  • You should drink at least 3-4 liters of water during the day as this will flush out all the toxins from your body when you practice yoga.
  • You can end up damaging the muscles by doing over-exercises. You must necessarily realize your limits & you must follow the guidelines prescribed by the instructors.
