As the name mentions, these type of conveyor rollers are used for having a high-speed conveyor system. Further, bearing caps, conductive bushing, crimped tube ends, and all such minor designs are added to it to minimize the friction and noise while moving. Extra care is taken to provide a construction that ensures that items do not go out of the tube while the conveyor is moving at a high speed. 3. Gravity Conveyor Rollers:

This is the type that costs the least out of all the types. This conveyor has so constructed that it uses gravity to its advantage and serves as a low-cost alternative for high-speed conveyors in some cases. The upside of this type is that it can be used in any kind of conveyor requirement and can be installed at a low cost. But this setup generates a lot of noise. So, if a loud noise is a problem, this system is not advisable.

4. Chain driven Conveyor Rollers:

This is a system that has mechanical devices attached to moving members. These moving members are usually chains or cables used to tow materials. This type of system is mostly used in material handling at manufacturing plants, where there is a requirement of towing or dragging products in different manners in a row. Also, in this conveyor system, you can use pallets filled with hard to convey materials and move them easily. The upside of this system is that it can handle and move extremely heavy weights and bulky objects.
