The second step involve the process of mattress latex molding

After that, the foamed liquid latex is then injected into the aluminum pin core mold by giant robotic arms. The pin creates unique aerated cell structure. The automatic machine evenly distributes the mixture so that the consistency and the density of the final product is ensured. After that, the chilling process of latex takes place below 0 degree temperature. After the freezing process, the carbon dioxide gels the latex and the mold is then heated at high temperature to cure the bore consistency at the final stage.

The third step is latex mattress washing
After removing the latex core from the mold, a conveyor belt carries it through the water rinsing stages. Where fresh water thoroughly rinse the latex. The residual soaps and curing agents and other particles are washed away in this process. This step provides durability to the latex mattress and prevents premature softening of the mattress.
The fourth step involves latex drying and quality testing
After washing and residue removing, the mattress core is then carried to the two-lane dryer. This completes the curing procedure and removes the moisture. After this process is complete, a rigorous quality check is performed to ensure that the firmness, pressure and consistency, meets the required quality standards. Once it is certified that the quality norms and the factory standards are met, then the product is out for the delivery.
